## 1. Who we are The Service (the willhave mobile apps, websites, publicly shared list pages and, in future, a browser extension) is operated by Henrik Lantz Hedström, a private individual based at Fiskarfjärdsstranden 36, 127 41 Skärholmen, Sweden ("willhave", "we", "us"). ## 2. Acceptance By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

## 3. Eligibility & age You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age that applies in your country — see the Children's Privacy Notice). You confirm you meet the minimum age when you create an account. Users under 13 may register only with verifiable parental consent (see the Children's Privacy Notice).

## 4. The Service is free willhave's core functionality is free. We earn revenue through affiliate commissions, advertising, and the sale of aggregated, anonymized insights — never by charging you for core features, and never by selling Personal Data about you as an individual (see the Privacy Policy). A paid tier may be offered in the future; if so, its terms will be presented before you purchase.

## 5. Your account You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at henrik.lantz.hedstrom@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.

## 6. Your content You keep ownership of the wishes, images, links, text and albums you submit ("User Content"). You grant willhave a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display your User Content solely to operate the Service — including showing content you mark public, or share by link, to others (including people who are not registered users). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for not posting unlawful, infringing or harmful material.

## 7. Sharing, visibility & reservations You control whether your profile and each album are public, private, or shared by link. Content you make public or share may be viewed and indexed by others. Gift reservations made by others are, by design, hidden from the list owner.

## 8. Acceptable use You agree not to: break the law; infringe others' rights; harass or harm others; upload malware; scrape or overload the Service; attempt to access data you are not authorized to; or misuse discovery features to contact people without their consent.

## 9. Affiliate links & merchants The Service may contain affiliate links; we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Purchases are made with third-party merchants, not with willhave, and are subject to those merchants' terms.

## 10. Third-party services Sign-in providers (Google, Meta) and linked merchant sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

## 11. Intellectual property The Service itself, excluding User Content, is owned by willhave and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

## 12. Termination & deletion You may delete your account and all your data at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law.

## 13. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your country of residence are not affected.

## 14. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, willhave is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. (Any liability cap and jurisdiction-specific consumer protections to be finalised with legal counsel before public launch.)

## 15. Changes to the Service or Terms We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by other appropriate means; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

## 16. Governing law & disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. (Dispute-resolution terms to be finalised with legal counsel before public launch.)
